In my 11 years at my company, I can honestly say that only a handful of vendors I have worked with have been genuine, unconditional and fun to work with, C.T.L. is one of those companies. I surely hope that I will get to work with CTL again, I may be moving into diagnostics and medical devices but that’s for the next adventure.
I also wanted to thank all of you for your help with troubleshooting and setting up the new computer. Your quick responses to my emails and questions have been very much appreciated!

The service your technician provided back in May when he PM'd our instruments was fantastic! He was punctual and provided proactive and clear communication regarding his arrival time. He worked with my team to ensure that our production schedule was not interrupted with his PM procedures. While onsite, he made time to answer our questions regarding the software and spot count settings. His vast knowledge of the instrument and software was apparent as he provided clear and concise information. Overall, it was a great visit! It's too bad that our other vendors are not as proactive, thorough, and personable as he was!
